Appointments The practice runs on an appointment and walk-in basis, except in the instance of Emergencies. To minimize your waiting times you can make an appointment.If your Doctor is running late we appreciate your patience- if there is a significant delay our Receptionist will notify you. Longer consultations Please let the receptionist know if you would like to book a longer or double appointment. Home and Nursing Home visits The doctors are available for home visits and local nursing home visits if you are disabled or your condition prevents you from attending the surgery. To discuss your condition and make arrangements please phone as soon as possible after 8.30am. This is not a bulk-billed service unless you are disabled or are in a nursing home Communication Policy Our practice is committed to preventive care. You have the option of registering to receive reminder notices regarding health care services appropriate to your care. Providing Feedback We always welcome comments and suggestions regarding the care you receive at this practice. Disabled Patients Our facility has a ramp and also the toilets can be accessed from street level, so wheel bound patients are welcome. Interpreter Service If you or your family require an interpreter, we can organize this for you, please let us know when you ring. Or you can contact the Translating and Interpreting Service on 131 450 directly. Follow up of Test Results Certain test results cannot be given over the phone, as they require an explanation. The Doctor can only give results to the patient. Please make an appointment to discuss your results.
